Sally Dunwell joins us from Watertrain Ltd.
I started my career at Yorkshire Water, in 1998 on the graduate training scheme, following graduation from Birmingham University with an MSc Water Resources Management and Technology. Initially in the clean water business unit, I subsequently had roles in Regional Engineering and Research and Development before joining the catalyst team.
In my new role as Learning and Development Advisor, I will be working closely with the training delivery manager and team to develop innovative, creative blended learning solutions that increase learner engagement.
Outside work, like most parents, I spend my time driving between brownie meetings, cricket matches, swimming lessons and dance competitions ferrying my daughters between social engagements. I am a governor at the local primary school and in any spare time I have, I like to run with my local group the Harden Hobblers. Once a year I love to get away to the mountains to ski.
I am excited to join the team at Merit Skills and look forward to helping to drive the ongoing success and growth of the business.
