Maria has worked for 8 years, latterly at a senior level with a major training provider directing and managing the winning, implementation and operation of many multi-million pound contracts for utility companies.
Maria has managed the day to day operations of a large training business with particular focus towards the Water Industry clients and their needs. This has included working closely with companies to produce training plans, recall systems, booking processes and management reporting. As well as being involved in IT system based projects to support internal and external learning management systems.
Maria has also been instrumental in developing and setting up HR, IT systems, Finance, Quality, Awarding Body centre coordination and Government funding.
James has until recently been responsible for production and delivery or training and consultancy for major water industry companies and their supply chains. James has 6 years experience working with awarding bodies and the sector skills council delivering recognised qualifications over a wide range of subject areas. Prior to this James had worked within the Water Industry for 12 years.
James has managed large training delivery projects, one off bespoke delivery to meet clients' needs and also longer term training repeated over several years. These have included training, competency assessment, apprenticeship programmes and national vocational qualifications.
As well as running successful product streams within a large utilities based training organisation, James also established a successful NRSWA business unit which required him to work with awarding bodies, as well as winning new business and new clients.
Pete has worked within the water industry for 30 years in operational, management, training and development roles.
Latterly as business director for a large training provider he was responsible for delivery of training and development to the industry valued at approximately £4.5m per annum. Pete has been involved in winning and implementing several major contracts.
He has had many years involvement with both sector skills council and awarding bodies, working on many projects relating to the creation of national occupational standards and vocational qualifications. He has a wealth of experience in designing assessing and verifying competency programmes, either on a nationally accredited or bespoke basis.
