Merit Skills gained City and Guilds approval to train and asses candidates in Working in Confined Spaces back in April 2011. Following the installation of a purpose built confined space to support practical training and assessment. The new facility meets all of the new requirements set out by City and Guilds for the 6150 scheme.
Since then the confined spaces training provision has gone from strength to strength, which has led to the development of a variety of different offerings to meet differing clients needs. We now offer the City and Guilds 6150 scheme in a variety of course lengths to cater for both those that our new to working in confined spaces and those that are experienced. We have also developed Confined Space Awareness course and as well as more practical courses.
