We are pleased to announce that we have recently gained accreditation by the Institute of Leadership and Management allowing us to add to our apprenticeship offering. We are now approved to offer qualifications in Team Leading and Management at levels 2 and 3 respectively. This has been in response to requests from customers and enables to offer learners progression following their original apprenticeships.
Darren Hargreaves, Business Development Manager commented Often when you have staff who have been successful and have earned promotions, they are very good at the job they have come from, however have little or no experience and skills at leading and managing staff. These qualifications bridge these skills gaps ideally and given that they are delivered in the workplace make them the perfect fit. Theses qualifications also enable our customers to offer a wider range of qualifications for their workforce.
