This course is aimed at water industry staff required to understand the various standards that the water industry has to meet with regard to customer service.

Objectives

By the end of this course the participants will be able to:

  • Describe the standards that exist in relation to the service provider to water industry customers
  • State the relevant regulators of the industry
  • Describe the legislation that dictates the standards for the industry
  • Explain the units of measurement used in the relevant standards
  • Describe situations that could influence non-compliance against the customer service standards
Method

The course will consist of mainly classroom activities with a mixture of trainer presentation and desk top exercises.
