This course aims to explore the real characteristics of a team and its infrastructure to enable team members themselves to maximise from the strengths and talents of the team. It is designed to explore effective team working and how to work through difficulties as the team develops its competence.

  • To identify the key differences between groups and teams
  • Understand the impact and influence of external and internal stakeholders
  • To identify own contribution to the team and how to maximise this for superior performance
