  • Understand links to legislation and employment law
  • Understand Betari's Box - how behavior breeds behaviour
  • Define inclusion and diversity
  • Describe what constitutes unacceptable behavior in the workplace
  • Explain how behavior breeds behavior
  • Appreciate what it feels like to be in a minority
