As part of our current expansion and growth programme, Merit Skills is delighted to announce the appointment of a new Field Sales Executive, Richard Stephens who joined us on the 4 th of July.
Richard will be helping to grow the Work Based Learning part of the business, with a focus on growing the number of learners and building long term relationships with employers. Richard brings with him 8 years as a Retail manager for various companies as well as 8 years as a NVQ Assessor (A1 (CAVA) and AET Qualified) covering Business Administration, Retail, Customer Service, Management, Team Leading, Warehousing and IT.
In Richardss spare time he enjoys football, golf and NFL, films and gardening and has an ambition to attend San Diego Comic Con. He also has 3 children and enjoys spending quality time with family
