As we continue to further expand our team, we are pleased to announce the appointment of a Tele Marketing Executive to support the Sales and Marketing function within the business.
Elsa Neary joined us on the 11th April 2016, her main role is to support the Sales and Marketing Team to identify new business opportunities. With a focus on supporting growth in our apprenticeship provision and our extension open programme of shorter courses.
Elsa brings a number of years of experience within the education sector to the team, which will prove invaluable as Merit Skills continues its plan for growth. Elsa has provided a track record in engaging with businesses and winning work, during her career Elsa has completed many sales and tele marketing courses. Elsa enjoys speaking to Employers about the benefits of taking on Apprentices and why its so important today for young people to gain quality experience in the workplace.
Outside of work Elsa enjoys hill walking with her dog Boo and in the summer months Canoeing (though at the learning stage) mainly on lakes in North Wales and passion for films and shopping of course!
